North Mountain Barbecued Portobellos

Ingredients:
1 large portobello mushroom (Stem removed)
¼" thick slice of Vidalia Onion
1 ½ Oz. North Mountain Chambourcin Wine
1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
½ beef bouillon cube
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
Olive Oil


Preparation:
Remove fins from mushroom with a spoon. Pop the center (1") from the onion slice. Brush a large enough piece of aluminum foil with olive oil and place the mushroom upside down on the center of the sheet. Put the Vidalia slice in the mushroom cap and add the butter, garlic, and ½ bouillon cube to the center of the onion. Drizzle with North Mountain Chambourcin. Wrap the mushroom with the foil making a closed bag. Roast 30 minutes (till done) on the top shelf of your grill while cooking your meat. Serves 2.
