Preparation:
Finely dice (do not chop) the fruit on a dish or platter to reserve the juice. Place fruit in 1 gallon freezer bag and add 1 cup of sugar. Put the bag of fruit in your refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to blend. You should blend the wine and fruit just before serving in a large punch bowl. This is easiest if you pour a bottle of the wine into the bag with the fruit to help dissolve all of the sugar, then pour the mixture into your punchbowl and add the remaining wine. Taste and adjust to suit yourself with additional sugar if you prefer.
