Sunset Cream Cheese Glaze |
Ingredients:
1 Cup North Mountain Pippin Spiced Apple Wine
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 8 Oz. Package Cream Cheese
Slivered Almonds
Preparation:
Combine Sugar with North Mountain Pippin Spiced Apple Wine in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and stir to a smooth syrup. Reduce by half stirring occasionally (takes about 5 minutes). Place Cream Cheese in the center of a serving dish and pour the glaze over the cream cheese. Top with Almonds. Serve with
canapé crackers or toast points and your choice of smoked seafood or meat for a spectacular North Mountain appetizer.
