Set on 47 acres in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, North Mountain pairs a European-inspired winery with 15 acres of producing vines, distinctive limestone and sandstone soils, and long mountain views.
The tasting room, Great Room, decks, lawns, and vineyard views invite relaxed flights, bottles with friends, and gatherings that feel at home in the valley.

Fifteen producing acres of vines stretch across rolling ground framed by the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains.
Distinctive varieties

A new chapter for our wines with a little French flair and a whole lot of family history.
We’re so excited to introduce two new wines hitting the shelves at North Mountain, both featuring the beginning of our brand-new label series!
Going forward, each wine in this series will feature a different bird, a special tribute to Jill’s parents, who were avid birdwatchers and bird lovers.
The French names have an even deeper meaning. French was Jill’s first language, and each wine in this series will carry a French name as a nod to Jill and her parents’ French roots.
North Mountain is proud to be the home of the Ravenwood Faire, and we’re calling on our community to help make the magic happen!
