Returns & Cancellations

We want every guest to enjoy the highest quality wine from North Mountain Vineyard & Winery. If you purchase a bottle that is damaged, corked, or otherwise flawed, we will gladly replace it or provide a refund. We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the bottle so we can evaluate the issue.

By law, we can only accept returns of alcoholic beverages that are corked or flawed. We are unable to accept returns for wine purchased in error.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders.
